Gazelles Academy Job Opportunity
The Gazelles Corporate Club, through its Sports Academy, is seeking to hire a full-time Academy Coach to guide and nurture the next generation of athletes. As part of our commitment to building a strong foundation for sports and education in the Lango Sub-region, we are looking for a professional who is passionate, dedicated, and ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of young players.
The ideal candidate should hold a CAF C coaching license or higher, with proven experience in developing youth talent. Beyond technical knowledge, we value a coach who can inspire discipline, teamwork, and resilience both on and off the pitch. The role will involve leading structured training sessions, developing age-specific programs, mentoring young athletes, and supporting their holistic growth—balancing sports excellence with academic progress.
